  • Customers may book residential electrical services online or by contacting us directly.

  • Service fees are based on the scope of work, labor, and materials required.

 

2. Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by providing at least [insert notice period, e.g., 24–48 hours] notice.

  • Cancellations made within the required notice period are eligible for a full refund of any prepayments or deposits.

  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee or partial forfeiture of the deposit.

 

3. Refunds for Services Rendered

  • Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been fully or partially performed, unless there is a documented error, oversight, or failure on the part of LeSieur Electric LLC.

  • If a service issue arises, customers should contact us promptly. We will evaluate the situation and may offer a partial refund, service credit, or corrective service.

 

4. Payment Refunds

  • All eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
